LOAN.
No. 64 of 1966.
AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Forty-eight Million Nine Hundred and Seventy- seven Thousand Dollars by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

by the authority of the same, as follows:-
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising, Preamble

the several purposes hereinafter mentioned: Be it
enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by

It shall be lawful for the Governor, from time to time, to raise by way of such loan several sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the sum of forty-eight million nine hundred and seventy- seven thousand dollars, as may be required for the several works and purposes mentioned in the First Schedule to this Act.

The Governor may from time to time by warrant under his hand authorise the Treasurer to advance and apply to the purposes set forth in the First Schedule to this Act any sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum hereby authorised to be raised; and any sums of money so advanced and paid shall be retained by the Treasurer out of any moneys coming to his hands under the authority of this Act.
