AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Fifteen Million Nine Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Pounds by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Purposes, and to authorise the Re-appropriation of Certain Loan Moneys.

Preamble	WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising,
by way of loan of certain sums of money amounting in all to fifteen million nine hundred and fifteen thousand pounds for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned: Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited for all purposes as the Short title.
