AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Fifteen Million Nine Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Pounds by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Purposes, and to authorise the Re-appropriation of Certain Loan Moneys.

Preamble

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising,
