AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Four mill- ion one hundred and forty-seven thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certainPublic Works and Other Services, and the re-appropriation (if certain Loan moneys.

all to Four million one hundred and forty-seven thousand pounds for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned, and the re-appropriation of certain Loan moneys: Be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
