AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Four mill- ion one hundred and forty-seven thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certainPublic Works and Other Services, and the re-appropriation (if certain Loan moneys.

HEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising, by
