AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Two million one hundred and thirty-seven thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Services and the Reappropriation of certain Loan moneys.

Preamble.

HEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising,

by way of Loan, of certain sums of money

amounting in all to Two million one hundred and thirty-

seven thousand pounds for the several purposes herein-

after mentioned, and the Reappropriation of certain

Loan moneys: Be it enacted by the King's Most Excel-

lent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the

Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of

Western Australia in this present Parliament assembled,

and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
