AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of One million three hundred and ninety-six thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Services and the Re- appropriation of certain Loan moneys.

Preamble.

HEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising,

by way of Loan, of certain sums of money

amounting in all to One million three hundred and

ninety-six thousand pounds for the several purposes

hereinafter mentioned, and the Re-appropriation of cer-

tain Loan moneys: Be it enacted by the King's Most

Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly

of Western Australia in this present Parliament assem-

bled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited for all purposes as the Loan
