AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Three million nine hundred and thirty-eight thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Services and the Re-appropriation of certain Loan moneys, and to ratify the Appropriation of certain moneys authorised to be raised by Act No. 40 of 1933.

ITEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising, by way of Loan, of certain sums of money amounting in all to Three million nine hundred and thirty-eight thousand pounds for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned, and the Re-appropriation of certain Loan moneys: Be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

It shall be lawful for the Governor to appropriate out of the sum set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, from the item therein set forth, and to the item enumerated in the Third Schedule hereto, the sum of Thirty-nine thousand two hundred and thirty-one pounds three shillings and sevenpence to be expended on the works named in the Third Schedule hereto.
