AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Three million six hundred and forty-five thousand pounds by Loan for the construction of certain Public Works and Other Services, and the Re-appropriation of certain Loan moneys.

It shall be lawful for the Governor, from time to time, to raise by way of loan such several sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the sum of Three million six hundred and forty-five thousand pounds, as may be required for the several works and purposes mentioned in the First Schedule to this Act.

6. It shall be lawful for the Governor to appropriate arinfinuon
out of the sum set forth hi the Second Schedule hereto, from the items therein set forth, and to the items enumer- ated in the Third Schedule hereto, the sum of Seventy- three thousand seven hundred and thirty-nine pounds three shillings to be expended on the works named in the Third Schedule hereto.
