An Act to authorise the raising of a sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pounds by Loan, for the construction of certain Public Works, and other purposes, and to amend The Loan Act, 1893.'

Preamble

-IEREAS it is expedient to construct certain Railways and

other Public Works, and to authorise the raising, by way of

Loan, of certain sums of money amounting in all to One million five

hundred thousand pounds, for the several purposes hereinafter men-

tioned : Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legis-

lative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
