AN ACT to amend " The Loan Act, 1894."

[Assented to, 2nd October, 1S95.]

HEREAS it is desirable to extend the Southern Cross- Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis- lative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— W Coolgardie Railway as far as the Township of Kalgoorlie Preamble'

1.     IN the Schedule to The Loan Act, 1894," the second item,

Railway from Southern Cross to Coolgarcie Goldfields (exclusive 01Cotteenstitnziaitlway

of Rolling Stock), 1;228,000," shall be held to include the extension from Goolgartlie to

of the line to Kalgoorlie. Ka/goodie.

2.      THIS Act may be cited for all purposes as " The Loan Act, Short Title.
