An Act to authorise the raising of a sum of Five Hundred

and Forty Thousand Pounds by Loan, for the con-

struction of certain Public Works, and other purposes.

[Assented to 27th September, 1893.

Preamble

TXTHEREAS it is expedient to complete certain Railways, and to

construct and complete other Public Works, and to authorise the raising, by way of Loan, of certain sums of money amounting in all to Five hundred and forty thousand pounds, for the several pur- poses hereinafter mentioned : Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
