AN ACT for the re-appropriation of certain Moneys appropriated by " The Loan Act, 1891," to Harbour Works at Geraldton, including New Jetty.

| HEREAS by "The Loan Act, 1891," the Governor in loan such several sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the | W | Council was authorised from time to time to raise by way of Preamble - |
sum of One million three hunched and thirty-six thousand pounds, as might be required for the several works and purposes mentioned in the Schedule to the said Act: And whereas by the said Schedule a sum of Twenty-five thousand pounds was appropriated for "Harbour Works at Geraldton, including New Jetty ": And whereas it was intended to appropriate Eleven thousand pounds, portion of the said sum of Twenty-five thousand pounds, for the purposes of the railway buildings, station yard, and other works at the shore end of the said jetty, in connection with the railway from Geraldton to Mnllewa : And whereas doubts have arisen as to

whether such appropriation can legally be made under the authority of the said Act : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. OUT of the said sum of Twenty-five thousand pounds the
