sent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w
Sou th W a l e s in P a r l i a m e n t assembled and by t h e au thor i ty of t he

same as follows :—
1. I t shall be lawful for the Governor wi th t he advice of t h e Executive Counci l to raise from t ime to t ime in one or more sum or sums secured on the Consolidated Revenue a s u m not exceeding one h u n d r e d and fifty t housand pounds by t h e sale of Terminable Annu i t i e s h a v i n g not more t h a n t en years to r u n from the date of

t he g r a n t of such Annu i t i e s or of Debentures falling due wi th in t en
years from the passing of th i s A c t of which not less t h a n fifteen
thousand pounds shal l fall due in any one year .

2. Al l sums raised u n d e r th is Ac t shall be paid to t h e Colonial Treasure r and shall be by h i m placed to t he credit of t h e Consolidated Revenue F u n d to be applied and accounted for as a pa r t of t h a t Revenue.
