Livestock Disease Control Further Amendment Regulations 2018

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Livestock Disease Control Regulations 2017 to correct a numbering error.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 139 of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994.

3Operator of an abattoir or knackery to record and forward movement information to the Secretary

In the regulation following regulation 92 of the Livestock Disease Control Regulations 2017[1], for the words and expressions "Operator of an abattoir or knackery to record and forward movement information to the Secretary" substitute "93 Operator of an abattoir or knackery to record and forward movement information to the Secretary".
