The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to remove certain restrictions on the introduction of cattle into Victoria.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 139 of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994.

3. Restrictions on introduction of cattle into Victoria

Regulation 20 of the Livestock Disease Control

Regulations 19951 is revoked.
