Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 1172 New England Highway, Willow Tree, being Lot 3,

DP 1121681.

4 Amendment of Liverpool Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”. Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at New England Highway, Willow Tree

This clause applies to land at 1172 New England Highway, Willow Tree, being Lot 3, DP 1121681, identified as “A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a service station is permitted with

development consent.
