Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment

No 8)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment

No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land and consequently amends

certain maps, it applies to the following land:

(a)

24 and 58 Rickard Road, Chipping Norton,

(b)

part of Lot 35, DP 651316 and Lot 36, DP 661567, Hume Highway, Casula,

(c)

49 Medley Avenue, Liverpool,

(d)

part of Lot 7307, DP 1146730, near Light Horse Park, Liverpool.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan increases the floor space ratio for certain

land, it applies to certain land along Zouch Road, Edmondson Park.

(3)

To the extent that this Plan amends the Land Zoning Map, the Lot Size Map and the Height of Buildings Map and further amends the Floor Space Ratio Map, it applies to adjusted road boundaries near the M5 Motorway at Casula.

(4)

To the extent that this Plan amends the Land Reservation Acquisition Map, it applies to certain land in the vicinity of Ingham Drive, south of the Hume Highway, Casula.

(5)

To the extent that this Plan amends the Heritage Map to correct a typographical error, it applies to all the land to which the Heritage Map applies.

To the extent that this Plan corrects the description of certain heritage items in Schedule 5 to Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 or on the Heritage Map, it applies to the following land:

Badgerys Creek Public School, Pitt Street and Badgerys Creek Road, Badgerys Creek,

(c)
