1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 78).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Edmondson Park—

(a)	part of Bernera Road road reserve,
(b)	part of Lot 101, DP 1256247, part of Lot 2, DP 567321 and part of Lot 12, DP 1239712, Camden Valley Way,
(c)	part of Lots 2, 4 and 6 and Lot 35, DP 1228502, Croatia Avenue,
(d)	part of Lot 304, DP 1238463, Dragoon Road,
(e)	part of Lot 164, DP 1218597, Manchuria Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
