1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 76).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots A and B, DP 408207, 36 and 36a Kookaburra Road North,

Prestons.

4      Amendment of Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at Prestons in Zone IN3

(1)

This clause applies to Lots A and B, DP 408207 in Zone IN3 Heavy

Industrial at 36 and 36a Kookaburra Road North, Prestons.

(2)

Development for the purpose of vehicle sales or hire premises is

permitted with consent if the consent authority is satisfied that—

(a) the vehicle sales or hire premises will be located within—

(i)      an existing building, and

(ii)      an area of hard stand space not greater than 500m2, and

(b) the development is ancillary to permitted industrial uses.
