This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 74).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 123 Epsom Road, Chipping Norton, being Lot 3, DP

602936.

4      Amendment of Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at Chipping Norton in Zone R2

This clause applies to Lot 3, DP 602936 in Zone R2 Low Density

Residential at 123 Epsom Road, Chipping Norton.

(2)

Development for the purpose of multi dwelling housing is permitted

with development consent.
