1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 72).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Lot 5, DP 1238339, being 525 Cowpasture Road, Len

Waters Estate.

4      Amendment to Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 22:

23      Use of certain land at Len Waters Estate in Zone B6

This clause applies to Lot 5, DP 1238339 in Zone B6 Enterprise

Corridor at 525 Cowpasture Road, Len Waters Estate.

(2)

Development for the purpose of centre-based child care facilities is

permitted with consent.
