1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 68).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Liverpool Local Environmental Plan

2008 applies—

(a)	part of Lot 78, DP 27242, 24 Atkinson Street, Liverpool,
(b)	Lot 154, DP 867979 and Lot 3046, DP 869842, Bernera Road, Prestons,
(c)	part of Lot 1001, DP 1006332, Forcett Close, West Hoxton.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
