1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 65).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Liverpool:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 247485, 20 Shepherd Street,
(b)	Lot 23, DP 859055, 26 Shepherd Street,
(c)	Lot 22, DP 859055, 28 Shepherd Street,
(d)	Lot 6, DP 247485, 31 Shepherd Street,
(e)	Lots 3 and 4, DP 247485, 32 Shepherd Street,
(f)	Lot 5, DP 247485, 33 Shepherd Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
