1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 57).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Edmondson Park:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 652146, being 2088 Camden Valley Way,
(b)	Lot 2, DP 1194117, being Lot 2 Camden Valley Way,
(c)	Lot 3, DP 1194117, being Lot 3 Camden Valley Way,
(d)	Lot 202, DP 1209527, being Lot 202 Camden Valley Way,
(e)	Lot 101, DP 1201660, being 2 Moscow Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
