1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor, Zone RE1 Public Recreation and Zone RE2 Private Recreation under Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008.

4      Amendment of Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008

(1) Land Use Table

Omit “Crematoria;” from item 3 (Permitted with consent) of the matter relating to

Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor.

(2)	Land Use Table, Zone RE1 Public Recreation
Omit “Cemeteries;” from item 3 (Permitted with consent).
(3)	Land Use Table, Zone RE2 Private Recreation
Omit “Cemeteries;” from item 3 (Permitted with consent).
