1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment

No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 121, DP 876962 and part of Lot 101, DP 1043160, 5 Viscount Place, Warwick Farm, as shown coloured light purple on the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 Key Sites Map.

4      Maps

The map adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be replaced by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:

(1)

This clause applies to part of Lot 121, DP 876962 and part of Lot 101, DP 1043160, 5 Viscount Place, Warwick Farm, as shown coloured light purple on the Key Sites Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of retail premises is permitted with

consent if:

(a)

the total gross floor area of all retail premises on the site does not exceed 19,000m2, and

(b)

the gross floor area of any individual retail premises on the site does not exceed 1,200m2.
