I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, make the following local environmental plan under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment

No 14).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land (with consequential changes to the development standards relating to lot size, floor space ratio, height of buildings and environmentally significant land), it applies to parts of Lots 1 and 3, DP 581034 and part of Lot 1, DP 970591, known as the Warwick Farm Racecourse and Coopers Paddock, Governor Macquarie Drive, Warwick Farm.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan makes stock and sale yards permissible with development consent, it applies to all land within Zone RE2 Private Recreation under Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (the Principal Plan).

(3)

To the extent that this Plan provides for the potential acquisition of land,

it applies to:

(a)

so much of the land referred to in subclause (1) that is within Zone RE1 Public Recreation under the Principal Plan, and

(b)

all land that is within Zone E2 Environmental Conservation under the Principal Plan, including so much of the land that is referred to in subclause (1) that is within that zone.

4.      Maps

Each map adopted by Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified
