Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997

(Amendment No 69)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment

No 69).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 26, DP 876139, Kurrajong Road between

Beech Road and Skipton Lane, Prestons.

4 Amendment of Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997

Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 is amended by inserting in

Schedule 6 after item 11 the following item:

12	Kurrajong Road between Beech	Lot 26, DP 876139
Road and Skipton Lane, Prestons
