Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment

No 44)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment

No 44).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from the 2 (a) Residential zone to the 3 (b) Business—Highway zone under Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 13, DP 1008038, Hume Highway, Casula, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment No 44)” deposited in the office of Liverpool City Council.

4 Amendment of Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997

Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 1997 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of The Map in clause 6 (1) the following words:
