Live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration in accordance with subsection 8 (2) of the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Act 1964 the recommendations with respect to the amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 6 (1) (a), 6a(1) (a), 6b(1) (a), 6c (1) (a), 6e (1) (a) and 6f(1) (a), furnished to the Minister by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 August 1989.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 1 “9.80” and substituting “6.10”;

(b) by omitting from item 4 “29.2” and substituting “28.2”;

(c) by omitting from item 6 “59.2” and substituting “58.2”;

 

(d) by omitting from item 8 “3.30” and substituting “3.10”;

(e) by omitting from item 13 “352.8” and substituting “219.6”;

(f) by omitting from item 16 “98” and substituting “61”.
