Live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration in accordance with subsection 8 (2) of the Livestock Slaughter Levy Act 1964 the recommendations with respect to the amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 6 (1) (a), 6a (1) (a), 6b (1) (a), 6d (1) (a), 6e (1) (a) and 6f (1) (a), furnished to the Minister by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 April 1990.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 1 “6.10” and substituting “8.60”;

(b) by omitting from item 4 “28.2” and substituting “38.2”;

(c) by omitting from item 6 “58.2” and substituting “88.2”;

(d) by omitting from item 11 “16.2” and substituting “28.2”;

(e) by omitting from item 13 “219.6” and substituting “309.6”;

(f) by omitting from item 16 “61” and substituting “86”.
