Live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration the recommendation with respect to the amounts to be prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs 6 (1) (c), 6a (1) (c), 6b (1) (c), 6c (1) (c), 6d (1) (c), 6e (1) (c) and 6f (1) (c) of the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Act 1964 made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the members of the Exotic Animal Disease Preparedness Consultative Council (being the Council established by the Exotic Animal Disease Control Act 1989)nominated by the National Farmers’ Federation, make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Act 1964.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The live-stock Slaughter Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule 2

3.1 Item 2:

Omit “0.1”, substitute “0.1727”.

3.2 Item 3:

Omit “0.1”, substitute “0.1727”.

3.3 Item 4:

Omit “2.96”, substitute “2.9649”.

3.4 Item 5:

Omit “0.11”, substitute “0.075”.
