An Act to amend the Live-stock
Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1964.

IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
Short title, &c.
1. (1) This Act may be
cited as the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Collection Amendment Act 1979.
(2) The Live-stock
Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1964 is in this Act referred to as the
Principal Act.
Commencement
2. This Act shall come
into operation on 1 July 1979.

3. Section 10b of the Principal Act is amended by
omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) “and 6c(1)(d)” and substituting “, 6c(1)(d), 6e(1)(d)
and 6f((d)”.
