Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1979.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.

Exemption from charge

 2. Regulation 4 of the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting “officer referred to in regulation 31 of the Exports (Meat) Regulations” and substituting “authorized officer within the meaning of the Export Control Act 1982”.
