Live-Stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Dated 18 November 1983.

“2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears
‘dressed weight’, in relation to a carcase, means the weight of the carcase immediately after it has been dressed;
‘the Act’ means the
Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge )Act 1979 .”.
“2a. For the purposes of the definition of
‘abattoir’ in section 4 of the Act, the following premises are prescribed,
namely, premises that are registered premises within the meaning of the
