Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1979.

1. After regulation 2aof the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed animals

“2b. For the purposes of the definition of ‘live-stock’ in section 4 of the Act, the following animals are prescribed, namely, deer.”.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 7 and substituting the following item:

“7 Live-stock not included in Items 1 to 6 inclusive.......................................... 2.55”.
