Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1986.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting “2.55” (wherever occurring), “0.85” (wherever occurring) and “0.255” (wherever occurring) and substituting “2.61”, “0.87” and “0.26” respectively.
