Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Collection Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.

2. Regulation 4 of the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge) Collection Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-regulation (2); and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (6) “or (2)”, “or information” (wherever occurring) and “, as the case may be,” (wherever occurring).
