Live-stock Export Charge Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2. Repeal of Live-stock Export Charge Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1978 No. 145; 1979 Nos. 45 and 95; 1982 Nos. 162, 261 and 363; 1984 No. 203; 1985 Nos. 24 and 172; 1986 Nos. 40, 205 and 288; 1988 Nos. 21 and 110; 1989 No. 166; 1990 No. 47; 1991 Nos. 49 and 369; 1993 No. 12 and 1994 No. 119 are repealed.
