Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 13 (2) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977,hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. Regulation 5 shall come into operation on 1 March 1988.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations.

Repeal of regulations 3, 4, 5, 5a and 6

3. Regulations 3, 4, 5, 5a and 6 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Schedule

4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is omitted and the following Schedule substituted:

5. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 1 “$3.30” and substituting “$9.80”; and

(b) by omitting from items 4 and 6 “17.2” and substituting “27.2”.
