Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration in accordance with subsection 13 (2) of the Livestock Export Charge Act 1977 the recommendations with respect to the amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 7 (1) (a), 8 (1) (a), 9 (1) (a) and 10 (1) (a), furnished to the Minister by the Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 August 1989.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 1 “9.80” and substituting “6.10”;

(b) by omitting from item 4 “27.2” and substituting “26.2”;

(c) by omitting from item 6 “27.2” and substituting “26.2”;

(d) by omitting from item 8 “3.30” and substituting “3.10”.
