Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration in accordance with subsection 13 (2a) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977 the recommendation with respect to the amount for the purposes of paragraph 10 (1) (b), furnished to the Minister by the Australian Meat and live-stock Research and Development Corporation, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 May 1991.

 

2.Amendment

2.1 The live-stock Export Charge Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule (Amounts of charge per head on the export of live-stock)

3.1 Item 9:

Omit “$1.25”, substitute “$2.00”.
