Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of Sate for Primary Industry by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation with respect to an amount for the purposes of each paragraph referred to in sub-section 13 (3) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Schedule of amendments

 1. The Live-stock Export Charge Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

Commencement

 2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.
