Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation with respect to amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 7 (1) (a), 8 (1) (a), 9 (1) (a), 10 (1) (a) and 11 (1) (a) of the Livestock Export Charge Act 1977, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1985.

Schedule of amendments

2. The Live-stock Export Charge Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

Sub-regulation 5a (1)................	Omit “$1.20”, substitute “$2.30”.
Sub-regulation 6 (1)..................	Omit “12 cents”, substitute “16.2 cents”.
