Live-stock Export Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has taken into consideration the recommendations furnished to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation with respect to amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 8 (1) (a) and 9 (1) (a) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1985.

Amount per head of sheep exported

2. Regulation 4 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “16.2” and substituting “16.8”.

Amount per head of lambs exported

3. Regulation 5 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “16.2” and substituting “16.8”.
