Live-stock Export Charge Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has, in accordance with subsection 13 (2) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977, taken into consideration the recommendations with respect to the amounts for the purposes of paragraphs 8 (1) (a), 9 (1) (a), 10 (1) (a) and 11 (1) (a) of the Act, made to the Minister by the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Act.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1 The Live-stock Export Charge

 Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule (Amounts of charge per head on the export of live-stock)

3.1   Item 4, column 4:

Omit “31.2 cents”, substitute “26.2 cents”.

3.2   Item 6, column 4:

Omit “31.2 cents”, substitute “26.2 cents”.

3.3   Item 8, column 4:

Omit “$3.10”, substitute “$2.60”.

3.4   Item 11, column 4:

Omit “28.2 cents”, substitute “23.7 cents”.
