1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Lithgow Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 1).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land:
| (a) | Lots 2 and 4–9, DP 789971 and Lots 2 and 4, DP 242966, Great Western Highway and Castlereagh Highway, Marrangaroo, |
| (b) | Lot 1, DP 1198292, Hoskins Avenue, Lithgow, |
| (c) | land known as the Theatre Royal, being Lot 1, DP 169176, 208 Main Street, Lithgow, |
| (d) | land known as Northbrook, being Lot 2, DP 1124158, 581 Pipers Flat Road, Wallerawang. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Lithgow Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
