List of Threatened Species Amendment (Petauroides minor and Petauroides volans (285)) Instrument 2022

I, TANYA PLIBERSEK, Minister for the Environment and Water, under paragraphs 184(a) and 184(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, amend the list of threatened species made under section 178 of that Act by:

Including the following species in the list in the Vulnerable category:

• Petauroides minor

Transferring the following species by deleting it from the Vulnerable category in the list and including it in the Endangered category in the list:

• Petauroides volans

This instrument commences the day after registration.
