List of Specimens taken to be Suitable for Live Import Amendment  (Turquoise Killifish) Instrument 2019

I, Melissa Price, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under subparagraph 303EC(5)(a) of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 2 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

Under the heading ‘Vertebrate Animals’, Class: ‘Bony fishes (Osteichthyes)’ in the appropriate alphabetic position:

Add:

Taxon	Common Name	Import conditions
Nothobranchius furzeri	Turquoise Killifish	Research only. High security facilities only.

This instrument commences the day after registration.
