I, Sussan Ley, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under subparagraph 303EC(5)(a) of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 1 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

Part 1 of the List: Under the heading ‘Invertebrate Animals’, ‘Arthropods (Arthropoda)’, ‘Class: Insecta’ in the appropriate alphabetic position:

This instrument commences the day after registration.
