(Leggett’s Rainbowfish) Instrument 2020

I, Sussan Ley, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report prepared following a review under subparagraph 303EJ of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 1 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

1. Under the heading ‘Bony fishes (Osteichthyes)’, ‘Freshwater Fish’ in the appropriate alphabetic position:

Add:

Taxon	Common Name
Glossolepis leggetti of minimum length 4 cm SL	Leggett’s Rainbowfish

This instrument commences the day after registration.
